By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below. Please review them before completing your purchase.
1. Products
Athel Stitch offers hand-embroidered clothing, accessories and customized pieces.
We aim to present product descriptions, photographs, colors, sizes and other details as accurately as possible. As our work includes handmade embroidery, slight variations may occur between individual pieces and are part of the handmade nature of the product.
Our garments are made from 100% cotton and are currently available in sizes from S to XL, with available colors including white, black, navy and grey.
2. Product Availability
Products displayed on the website are subject to availability.
Available items are generally prepared for delivery within two days. If an item is not currently available and needs to be prepared or supplied, please allow approximately 5–7 working days.
Product availability may vary by size, color and design.
3. Custom Orders
Customization is available for T-shirts and jeans and may include the design, embroidery, color and size.
Customers may also request embroidery on a garment they already own. The garment can be sent to Athel Stitch through Wheels and returned through Wheels once the work is complete.
Custom orders are priced according to the size of the piece, the embroidery work and the nature of the requested design. Customization prices range from 35 to 55 JOD.
A 25% deposit is required to begin a custom order. The remaining balance is payable upon receipt by CliQ, e-wallet or cash.
Custom orders require approximately 7 days to complete.
Once work has started on a customized piece, the order cannot be cancelled or modified.
Customized pieces cannot be returned or exchanged because they are made specifically for the customer.
4. Pricing
All product prices are displayed on the website.
Prices may vary depending on the product and level of customization.
Any applicable delivery charges will be shown or communicated as part of the ordering process.
5. Orders
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate information when placing an order, including their name, telephone number and delivery information.
Athel Stitch may contact the customer when additional information or confirmation is required to process an order.
6. Payment
Available payment methods may include cash, CliQ and electronic wallet payments.
Custom orders require a 25% deposit, with the remaining balance payable upon receipt by CliQ, e-wallet or cash.
7. Shipping & Delivery
Athel Stitch delivers across Jordan through Wheels.
Standard delivery across Jordan costs 2 JOD.
Orders over 50 JOD qualify for free delivery.
Available items are delivered within 2 days. Items that need to be prepared or supplied require approximately 5–7 working days.
Same-day delivery is available across all areas of Amman for 5 JOD.

8. Returns & Exchanges
Athel Stitch does not accept returns or offer refunds.
Exchanges are accepted within 24 hours of receiving the order, provided the item meets the conditions stated in our Return & Exchange Policy.
T-shirts must be free from perfume and makeup. The customer is responsible for the delivery costs associated with an exchange.
If an incorrect or damaged item is received, Athel Stitch will take responsibility for correcting or replacing the item and covering the associated delivery costs.
Customized pieces cannot be returned or exchanged.
9. Product Care
Garments may be machine washed at an appropriate temperature.
To help protect the colors, garments should not be washed with other items that may bleed or transfer color.
10. Website Content
All website content, including text, branding, photographs, graphics and original designs, is intended for use in connection with Athel Stitch.
Content may not be copied or used for commercial purposes without prior permission.
11. Changes to These Terms
Athel Stitch may update these Terms & Conditions when necessary to reflect changes to the website, products, services or store practices.
