Yes. Our pieces feature carefully executed hand embroidery inspired by traditional and Falahi designs.

Our clothing is available in sizes from S to XL.

Machine wash at an appropriate temperature. We recommend washing your piece separately from garments that may bleed or transfer color.

Yes. Customization is available for T-shirts and jeans. You can customize the design, embroidery, color and size. Custom orders require approximately 7 days to complete and a 25% deposit to begin.

Yes. For customized pieces, the embroidery, design, color and size can be selected according to your request.

Custom orders range from 35–55 JOD, depending on the size of the piece, the embroidery work and the nature of the requested design.

Yes. If you would like embroidery added to a piece you already own, it can be sent to Athel Stitch through Wheels and returned through Wheels once the work is complete.

Once work has started on a custom piece, the order cannot be changed or cancelled.

No. Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged because they are made specifically for you.

Yes. We deliver across Jordan through local delivery companies..

Standard delivery across Jordan costs 2 JOD. Orders over 50 JOD qualify for free delivery.

Same-day delivery is available across Amman for 5 JOD.

Available items are delivered within 2 days. If an item needs to be prepared or restocked, please allow approximately 5–7 working days.

Yes. Same-day delivery is available across all areas of Amman for 5 JOD.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds.

Yes. Exchanges are accepted within 24 hours of receiving your order, provided the item meets our exchange conditions.

T-shirts must be free from perfume and makeup.

The customer is responsible for the delivery costs associated with an exchange.

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, Athel Stitch will take full responsibility for correcting or replacing it and covering the associated delivery costs.
