At Athel Stitch, we want you to have clear information about our returns and exchanges before placing your order. Please review the following policy carefully before completing your purchase.
Returns & Refunds
We do not accept returns or offer refunds.
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted within 24 hours of receiving your order.
To be eligible for an exchange:
- The exchange request must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
- The item must be in its original condition.
- T-shirts must be free from perfume and makeup.
- The customer is responsible for all delivery costs associated with the exchange.
Incorrect or Damaged Items
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible.
Athel Stitch will take full responsibility for correcting or replacing the item and will cover the related delivery costs.
Custom Orders
Customized pieces are made specifically for each customer and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged.
Once work has started on a customized piece, the order cannot be cancelled or modified.
Custom Order Payments
A 25% deposit of the order value is required to begin a customized order.
The remaining balance is payable upon receipt by CliQ, e-wallet or cash.
